Following on from yesterdays look at the splash page from Amazing Fantasy #15, I thought we'd check out the Hulk's first appearance in The Incredible Hulk #1.
In this case our focus will be on Part 1 of his origin story, "The Coming of the Hulk".
I've very few copies of this splash page within my collection, but we are at least presented with an interesting slant on the changes to his skin colour.

And here we all thought that the colour changes to Hulk's skin in the early days were due to printing issues, who are they trying to kid.
